In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
NEW RMA PROCESS
Starting from January 1st, RMA requests will be handled through technical tickets.To initiate the process, customers must open a hardware ticket and provide detailed information about the issues they have encountered.Once the ticket is submitted, the Matica technical team will review the case. If an RMA is required, the RMA department will contact you via your registered email to proceed with the RMA process.
